SMIBookCllub review book interest are Young Adult, Mature Adult, Contemporary Romance, New Adult, Dark Romance, Urban Fantasy, Paranormal Romance, Historical Romance, Erotia and Chick Lit

We review books that we purchase as well as those that have been provided by the publisher and/or author.We accept print and ebook formats. If an ebook, please make sure it is a Kindle /mobi approved. All reviews on this blog are our own opinions. We use our rating system (below).We cannot guarantee that all reviews will be positive, but “negative reviews” will in no way be disrespectful to the book or author. We will not post the review on our website if it is not at least rated a 3.

We love to support indie and self published authors. However please make sure that you send us a well edited copy. If the book is not edited properly we will either not continue reading or not post the review until a properly edited copy is available.

Reviewers will post the review on their individual goodreads page. All reviewers of SMIBookClub are allowed copies of eBooks sent to us for review. However not all reviews will have multiple reviews.We do respect your privacy and will not illegally share your book outside of SMIBookClub website reviewers.

Our Rating Scale:

5 = Fabulous/Excellent. We loved it. It was an excellent story. Excellent character development, excellent theme and excellent plot. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

4 = Almost Fabulous. You really liked this book for many reasons and came close to receiving 5 stars, but it fell a little short (Ex. was written in third person).

3 = A good read. You enjoyed reading. You won’t put it on your personal top 5 list but you’d recommended in the right situation. Good story, good character development, good plot.

2 = It was OK. The book was only okay, nothing very special about it. Had its moments, okay plot, needs character development.

1 = A Big Whatever. You just couldn’t get into the book no matter how hard we tried. The story was dull and lacked of character development.
